Fixed: Multi-Site Options (per-domain option overrides) not being applied for logged-in users. Previously, when a user was logged in, all domain-based settings were skipped entirely — including the option overrides configured via Multi-Site Options. Now, logged-in users retain their own language/style preferences while still receiving the domain-specific option overrides.
Fixed: Missing admin_navigation.* phrases causing untranslated labels in the Admin CP navigation menu. All six navigation entries now have proper phrase definitions.
