FTP/SFTP adapters are no longer cached. Previously, two storage servers sharing the same FTP/SFTP account (e.g. one account served under multiple CDN domains) could hold concurrent connections that kicked each other off, causing intermittent upload failures. Each operation now uses a dedicated, short-lived connection.
